At Lavish Alice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
